The Residents’ Association has a long track record of organising events, as a contribution to the local community. We are looking forward to holding events in the future but need help to be able to undertake this. If you are interested in helping, please contact us.
Macmillan Coffee Morning, 27 September 2025
We held our Macmillan coffee morning on Saturday 27th September 2025 and it was a great success! It was a lovely autumn day, so much so that some of us sat outside the Pavilion on the bistro chairs and tables soaking up the sunshine. There was a really good spread of cakes and baked goods, tea and coffee flowed, as did the chat amongst Trumpington residents.
Many thanks to those who donated cakes and time on the day, those who came along for morning coffee and cake, and for all the contributions made. At the time of writing we have raised £178.21 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Macmillan coffee mornings started in 1990, and donations from thousands of these Coffee Mornings, both big and small, help raise vital funds to support the almost 3.5 million people in the UK living with cancer.
